Are you
looking for something fun to do in the city of Vaughan during the March Break?
From Monday, March 11 to Friday, March 15, the City is offering many activities,
camps and drop-in programs the entire family will enjoy.
Drop-in activities:
- Visit a Vaughan community centre for recreational activities such as swimming, skating, shinny hockey, sports, and access to games rooms, fitness centres and classes. Regular fees and admission guidelines apply.
- Stop by your local Vaughan public libraries branch for a Storytime Party!, or to EXPERIMENT! with science, take the BUILD! challenge, and PLAY! with games.
- Explore local neighborhoods, nature trails and the beauty of the winter season on one of 11 Great Walks of Vaughan.
- Attend the Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival at the Kortright Centre for Conservation, featuring pancakes and real maple syrup, demonstrations, wagon rides and activities.
March Break camps for kids and teens:

- March Madness – enjoy five days of arts and crafts, games, drama, sports, swimming, skating, and special events.
- Teens Fitness – trainer-led cardio and weight training.
- Sticks and Steel Hockey – develop basic hockey skills such as stickhandling, passing, shooting and speed.
- Monkeynastix – fun with free play and circuit training using gymnastic-like equipment.

- Register for March Break programs and events at the library including Bilingual Magic Workshop (Sunday, March 10 at Dufferin Clark Library) and Mad Science Spin! Pop! Boom! (Thursday, March 14 at Woodbridge Library and Friday, March 15 at Maple Library).
