Minor Variance Application A023/23 was adjourned by the Committee of Adjustment to June 1, 2023 to accommodate statutory public notice and submission of an Arborist Report.  

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested variances to permit Tesla Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and associated electrical switchboard and electrical transformer to be placed on the landscaped area of the parking lot.
