The Secondary Plan will provide a master plan for a critical intensification area in the City of Vaughan related to the Concord/GO Station, the VIVA Highway 7 Bus Rapid Transit Line and the 407 Highway Transitway.
Vince Musacchio has been a dedicated City of Vaughan employee since 2010, and has used his planning and city design expertise to continue to advance his career, including serving as Deputy City Manager of Infrastructure Development, as well as interim Deputy City Manager of Planning, Growth Management and Housing Delivery. In the role of Deputy City Manager, Planning and Infrastructure Development, he will continue to lead Vaughan’s city-building journey to create a city of choice for generations to come.
Gus Michaels’ career spans more than 36 years in the public sector. He joined the City of Vaughan in 2013 in the role of Director and Chief Licensing Officer, By-law and Compliance, Licensing and Permit Services. In 2021, he was appointed to Deputy City Manager, Community Services, where he continues to lead the highest level of public and customer service while putting public safety and well-being at the forefront.
