Celebrating Vaughan Council’s Inauguration on Nov. 15
The inaugural meeting of the 2022-2026 Term of Council will be celebrated on Tuesday, Nov. 15 with a special ceremony that will be broadcast live at vaughan.ca/live, starting at 7 p.m.
Members of the public who would like to attend in-person are also welcome to watch the broadcast from the Vaughan Room on the first floor of Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr. W. A public reception at City Hall will follow the ceremony and will feature complimentary refreshments.
Parking availability at City Hall will be limited. Additional parking will be
offered at Maple Community Centre, 10190 Keele St., with a shuttle to take
people to and from the event.

Voting Day for the 2022 Municipal Election was Monday, Oct. 24. Advance voting in Vaughan took place online from Thursday, Oct. 6 to Thursday, Oct. 20.
