Free pop-up nutrition booths at Vaughan Fitness Centres throughout March

Finding the right eating habits is an important part of maintaining your overall health. During the month of March, the City of Vaughan is helping you make the right choices to fuel your body.

Come and check out our free pop-up nutrition booths at your local Vaughan Fitness Centre on select days and times to speak to the City’s nutrition specialist. They specialize in gut-brain connection and have helped many people improve their health through nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine protocols and lifestyle changes.

Ask questions and learn about nutrition consultation packages the City offers and different workshops coming this spring to select community centres. A Vaughan Fitness membership is not required to attend.

Pop-up nutrition booths will be available at Al Palladini, Father E. Bulfon, Maple, North Thornhill and Vellore Village fitness centre, as well as the temporary Promenade fitness facility. To view the pop-up nutrition booth schedule, or for information about nutrition consultation packages, visit vaughan.ca/fitness.
