Recognizing World Migratory Bird Day

The City is bird-friendly certified. This means we’ve implemented practices, policies and initiatives to help save birds, protect their habits and improve the local ecosystem. World Migratory Bird Day is one of these events. By studying and protecting birds, we can understand the overall health of our ecosystems and the environment.
