Last call to Grow with Vaughan this season

Sponsor a flower bed, pollinator bed or flowerpot by March 31

Did you know there’s a way to promote your small business while making Vaughan more beautiful? There’s still time to sponsor a flower bed, pollinator bed, premium flower bed or flowerpot through the City of Vaughan’s Grow with Vaughan program! Registration for the 2023 season closes on Friday, March 31. Planting is anticipated to begin this June and all sponsored items will be displayed for a 12-month period.

The annual sponsorship program supports Vaughan’s local business community through cost-effective opportunities that provide visibility for small businesses, all while beautifying the neighbourhoods they serve. Each location available for sponsorship has been priced based on traffic counts, size and visibility in the surrounding area.

With nearly 19,000 businesses in Vaughan – 88 per cent of which are small businesses – Grow with Vaughan generates additional interest in the City’s Corporate Partnership Program by nurturing relationships with the business community that cultivate potential for future partnerships and community pride.

The program is part of the City’s Horticulture Operations Beautification Strategy 2.0 (PDF), which highlights Council’s commitment to providing beautification across Vaughan.  It also incorporates environmental stewardship into the City’s social and economic initiatives while fostering economic prosperity, investment and social capital through sponsorship opportunities for the business community.
