Mayor and Members of Council and members of the Vaughan Public Library Board attended a site dedication for the Vaughan Public Libraries new Pleasant Ridge Library on Sunday, Dec. 8. The new 8,500 square foot library will be built as an addition to the North Thornhill Community Centre.
