The City’s website – vaughan.ca – is a one-stop shop for information on City programs and services. It is also home to Service Vaughan, the City’s online reporting tool, which allows you to submit service requests easily, report non-emergencies and track submissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Service Vaughan – the City’s contact centre – is available to answer any City-related inquiry by phone or email. Reach a citizen service representative at 905-832-2281 (toll-free: 1-844-832-2112) or email service@vaughan.ca.
All inquiries are responded to in priority sequence during regular business hours – Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Outside of working hours, a 24-hour dispatcher will be available to respond to municipal emergencies.
