Vaughan Announces Concerts in the Park Lineup

The City of Vaughan will host its 18th annual Concerts in the Park series beginning on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Presented by TD and the event sponsor Tim Hortons, five free concerts are being staged in local parks across the City.

“Concerts in the Park celebrate Vaughan as a vibrant and multicultural City,
bringing people together as a community,” said Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua. “They are a wonderful way to spend a summer evening enjoying great music in an outdoor setting, surrounded by family, friends and neighbours. I encourage everyone, residents and visitors alike, to come out and enjoy this exciting lineup of musical talent.”

The five concerts take place on Tuesday evenings in June, July and August, weather permitting.
