Willis Road remains closed in Vaughan

Update - Willis Road has been opened to all through traffic as of 7:10 p.m.
The City of Vaughan has reopened all roads closed after Monday’s heavy rainfall with the exception of Willis Road, between Islington Avenue and Riverside Drive.
The City advises the public to use alternate routes such as Langstaff Road, Highway 7, Pine Valley Drive and Islington Avenue.
Islington Avenue is now open in both directions, except for about 50 metres in the northbound curb lane at Thistlewood Avenue.
Updates on closures will be posted on the City’s website and social media sites as they become available.
