Consent is being requested for the following easements over Parts B, D and E located at 3 Eaglet Court (servient land) in favour of the lands to the west municipally known as 1 Eaglet Court (dominant land), shown as Part Con the sketch submitted with the application:
 

1) An easement over Part B for access and parking purposes and to permit the encroachment and maintenance of a canopy overhang;
 

2) An easement over Part D for access, parking and storm sewer service pipes/connection; and
 

Consent is being requested for an easement over Part B (as shown on the sketch submitted with the application) for vehicular access purposes in favour of the lands to the east municipally known as 3 Eaglet Court & 10,000 Dufferin Street (dominant land).

Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed cabana.

Relief from the By-Law is being requested to permit a personal service shop in unit 29A.
 

Note: Applicant is proposing Barber Shop/Hair Salon.

Relief from the by-law is requested to permit the proposed addition to the existing single family dwelling.

Relief from the bylaw is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed deck, pool, cabana and pool equipment.

Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed garbage enclosure to facilitate site plan application DA 17-049.

Consent is being requested to permit an access easement, approximately 17 .10 metres along the westerly property boundary of 10180 Pine Valley Drive (servient land) shown as Parcel A on the sketch submitted, to facilitate driveway access to the proposed mausoleum located at 10150 Pine Valley
Drive (dominant land).
 

The subject lands are currently occupied by a two storey rural residential dwelling which is proposed to be maintained.

Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed industrial building and ancillary open air shed with roof (covered storage).
 

Note: The proposed use of the industrial building is a non-ferrous metal processing facility. The ancillary open air shed, with roof, will be used for the covered storage of non-ferrous metals waiting for shipment.

Relief from the By-Law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed addition to the rear of the existing single family dwelling.
