Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for residential purposes, approximately 356.08 square metres, while retaining a parcel of land approximately 356.21 square metres for residential purposes.
Both the severed and retained land will maintain frontage onto Rainbow Drive and the existing single family dwellings, garage and vinyl shed on the subject land are to be demolished.
