* The existing warehouse currently operates as NorthLeaf Appliances which is a wholesale supplier specializing in high-end appliances.

Relief from the By-law is being requested to permit the temporary use of an existing outdoor storage area for a period of three (3) years. The outdoor storage area is required to support a manufacturing business (Granite Concepts Inc.) and is to be located at the rear of the property.
