Relief from By-law 1-88, as amended, is being requested to define and include site specific provisions relating to Compact Motor Vehicle Spaces in By-law 1-88 and to permit a reduced minimum Apartment Dwelling Parking Ratio to support the site, which includes Towers A, B, C and D (as shown on Site Plan A101 submitted with the application). Relief is required to facilitate the development of a mixed-use residential commercial development, comprising of four (4) condominium apartment buildings and the approval of related Site Plan Application DA.18.075.
