We have good news for everyone who’s been patiently waiting for the newly renovated Garnet A. Williams Community Centre to reopen its doors – it is now one step closer to completion! The community centre, located at 501 Clark Ave. W., will reopen on Tuesday, July 4 for select recreation programming only.

Now open at Giovanni Caboto Park!  

The City of Vaughan welcomes another local off-leash dog area for you and your furry friends to enjoy! The newest off-leash dog park is now open in Woodbridge, located within Giovanni Caboto Park at 75 Matthew Dr.

Looking for ways to cool down in Vaughan? Head to one of the City of Vaughan’s 20 splashpads! All locations are open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., subject to weather and surface conditions.

Watch ‘Elvis Lives’ at the next Concert in the Park on June 28

The City of Vaughan’s 29th annual Vaughan Celebrates Concerts in the Park series presented by TD and event sponsor Tim Hortons is well underway! This free event takes place throughout the summer, and the next concert is on Wednesday, June 28 with Elvis Lives – Tribute to Elvis at Sonoma Heights Community Park, 100 Sunset Ridge. So, dust off your ‘Blue Suede Shoes’ and get ready for an evening of live music and fun!

The ICFF Festival which will be hosting a tailored Italian program at the Cineplex Cinemas in Vaughan between July 12 – 15, 2023.
