Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the construction of a Battery Energy Storage System (‘BESS’) that is used to provide power to the energy grid in the case of a blackout or dip in power on the hydro grid. Relief is also required to facilitate related Site Plan Application DA.24.042.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed swimming pool, accessory structure (fire pit) and reduced rear yard soft landscaping requirements. 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit an addition to the existing dwelling. The addition to the existing dwelling is intended to provide a new garage and master bedroom. 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed cabana and ground mounted pool equipment on the subject land.
