Vaughan’s indoor pools and fitness centres are OPEN

Welcome back, swimmers and fitness members! Today, as part of the Province of Ontario’s Step 3 in the Roadmap to Reopening, the City of Vaughan’s indoor pools and fitness centres are now open.

Pre-registration is required for all pool and fitness centre use.

Submit a nomination by Friday, Sept. 10

Recognizing extraordinary acts of public service – this is what the City’s annual Order of Vaughan award does. It is the highest honour the City may bestow on an individual who is dedicated to bettering the city, advocating for the community and bringing about positive change. If this sounds like someone you know, nominate them for consideration.

The City is currently accepting nominations for the 2021 Order of Vaughan.

Find a home for your unused items or something ‘new’ you want or need – free!

Curbside Giveaway Days are back in Vaughan. After a hiatus last year due to COVID-19, citizens can once again place gently used items at the curb for reuse by others, reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills.
