Damaged property following City work?
Report it to Service Vaughan by phone, email or online
City of Vaughan crews work around the clock to build and maintain our community – whether it be snow plowing, road rehabilitation, sidewalk maintenance and so much more.
While unintentional, sometimes damages occur to private boulevards, curbs, driveways, interlocking, sprinklers, landscaping or sod. If recent infrastructure work impacted your property, here’s how you can report damages to the City:
Call 905-832-2281.
Service Vaughan’s regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. A Citizen Service Representative will report the issue for investigation and resolution. Afterhours, a live agent is available to respond to municipal emergencies.
