Looking to make a splash this fall? There is still time to register for the City’s swim lessons and aquatic leadership programs! Courses start on Saturday, Sept. 23 at all community centre pools, except for the pool at Garnet A. Williams Community Centre, which remains closed due to ongoing renovations.
Learn-to-swim programming starts at four months old for parents with tots and runs up to levels specifically designed for adult non-swimmers. Training and certification in aquatic leadership courses for ages 13 years and older is aimed at preparing youth for employment as a swim instructor or lifeguard.
