There’s a new place to play pickleball in Vaughan! The City of Vaughan is officially opening the first set of dedicated pickleball courts at Le Parc Park – and you’re invited to come check them out!
Located at 172 Connie Cres., the park features new pickleball courts with acrylic surfacing, LED court lighting and a shade structure with seating.
Join the official grand opening celebration on Monday, Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. with Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, official remarks, an interactive DJ and free refreshments. Get the full play-by-play at vaughan.ca/events.
This local park project adds to the growing list of outdoor spaces the City has created and enhanced for residents to enjoy. The City continues to expand and make improvements to parks, playgrounds, sports fields, sports courts, splashpads, walking paths and more across the community. Additional dedicated pickleball courts will also be added across the city over the next several years to help meet the continued demand for this popular sport.
