City crews are cleaning up after major snowfall

Following last night’s heavy snowfall, City of Vaughan crews continue to work around the clock to clear roads, sidewalks and windrows.

Here is everything you need to know about today’s winter maintenance operations:

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit stair access for a secondary entrance to the basement and an existing deck.  

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit reduced parking requirements onsite to facilitate the Phase 1 Development (19CDM-24V007) which includes three high-rise residential towers with ground floor retail and community space. Relief is also required to facilitate related Site Plan Application DA.19.010. 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a proposed balcony.  

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a maximum gross floor area of 13,715.8m² for all uses subject to Note (5) of Table 8-2 in the Zoning By-law (001-2021). 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit an existing gazebo and shed in the rear of the property. 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit two proposed additions to the existing two-storey school. Relief is also required to facilitate related Site Plan Application DA.23.022.
