Help plan Vaughan’s parks and greenspaces!

Do you enjoy visiting Vaughan’s parks and greenspaces? If so, help us plan for their future by getting involved in the City of Vaughan’s Greenspace Strategic Plan!

This plan will evaluate the current state of Vaughan’s local parks and greenspaces – including pedestrian pathways, urban forests, valleys, wetlands, open space areas and naturalized areas – and provide strategies and recommendations to build, plan, design, construct and enhance these areas.

Vaughan Remembers

This November, the City of Vaughan will host two Remembrance events to commemorate the brave Canadians who risked – and, in many cases, lost – their lives during times of war, conflict and peace.

You are invited to join Mayor Steven Del Duca, Members of Council, City staff and veterans to honour and remember Canadian service members, past and present, at a Remembrance month ceremony at Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr., on Friday, Nov. 1 at 10 a.m.
