‘Tis the season to head south and enjoy some fun in the sun. Whether you’re going away for a few weeks or just for the weekend, it’s important to keep your home’s water pipes nice and warm while you’re gone. Consistent drops in temperature can cause pipes to freeze, leak or burst if they are not properly insulated. 

 

But you can help prevent that from happening with these pipe protection tips from the City of Vaughan: 

The countdown is on for the New Year’s Levee!

Join the Mayor and Council on Jan. 21 to celebrate 2024

Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council are inviting you to celebrate the new year with them at the second annual Mayor and Council New Year’s Levee.

 

This fun, family-friendly event is taking place on Sunday, Jan. 21 from 9:30 a.m. until noon at Venu Event Space, located at 2800 Highway 7.
