Paint, wood and other construction materials are not collected curbside

Whether you are painting a room in your home or doing a DIY renovation project in your backyard, you may end up with some leftover materials. Before you throw them in the garbage or blue box, check to see what belongs where! Keep in mind some of these items are not collected curbside.

The Vaughan International Music Festival returns to the VMC

The Vaughan International Music Festival (VIMF) is coming back to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC), located at 100 New Park Place, this summer! Taking place on Friday, Aug. 18 and Saturday, Aug. 19, this year’s festival will showcase music from cultures worldwide in the heart of Vaughan.
