Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for residential purposes, approximately 356.08 square metres, while retaining a parcel of land approximately 356.21 square metres for residential purposes.
Both the severed and retained land will maintain frontage onto Rainbow Drive and the existing single-family dwelling, garage and vinyl shed on the subject land are to be demolished.

The retained parcel of land is approximately 971.71 square metres and has frontage onto Hurricane Avenue. The existing dwelling on the retained land is to remain.
