What are your plans for Halloween night? If you’re heading out, be mindful that streets will be very busy with children in costumes and their parents or guardians going house to house for candy!

Hearings Under the Administrative Penalty System (APS)

The Adjudicative Services Section within the Office of the City Clerk is responsible for conducting hearings under the Administrative Penalty System (APS). This process applies to:

• Parking tickets

• Automated Speed Enforcement tickets
