Especially since many of these materials cannot be placed curbside for the City of Vaughan’s garbage or recycling collection.

 

Join us to celebrate Vaughan’s Inaugural India Independence Day event!

Join Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council to recognize the 77th India Independence Day at our special event tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 15, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.). 

 

This free celebration will honour Indian culture, heritage and art. Festivities will include greetings from Mayor Del Duca, an outdoor flag-raising ceremony and light refreshments.

Join us to celebrate Vaughan’s Inaugural Pakistan Independence Day event!

Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council together with the Consul General of Pakistan in Toronto invite you to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day. This special event will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.).
