Relief from By-law 1-88, as amended, is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed loggia, cabana and covered patio. Relief is also being sought to permit the location of the pool equipment in the rear yard. The proposed loggia is to be added to the rear of the existing dwelling and the proposed cabana and covered patio are to be located in the westerly portion of the rear yard.
