Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for residential purposes approximately 1393.7 square metres and retain a parcel of land approximately 957.41 square metres. The severed land will have frontage along Riverside Blvd and the retained land will have frontage along Helen Avenue. The existing dwelling is to be demolished.
