Need an alternate way of receiving information?
Submit an accessible format request to accessibility@vaughan.ca
Accessibility for all. This is a commitment the City of Vaughan has made to all residents, visitors and employees with visible or non-visible disabilities.
One of the many ways we’re working to achieve this is by providing information in accessible formats so everyone, regardless of their abilities, can have an opportunity to learn about and stay informed on City news.
The following accessible formats and communication supports are available to people with disabilities, upon request:
- Printed material in larger print
- Text transcripts of visual or audio information
- Sign language interpretation
- Braille translation
- Audio descriptions
If you require information in an alternative format, let us know!
All requests can be emailed to accessibility@vaughan.ca. From there, the City’s Inclusion and Community Outreach team will reach out to you with next steps. Accessible formats and communication supports are free of charge.
