There is still time to donate to the City’s Toy Drive in support of the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish!
It’s the time of year when many people are busy making their lists and checking them twice. The City of Vaughan is encouraging residents to give back to those in need.
You can help give the gift of hope this holiday season by participating in the City’s 15th annual Toy Drive in support of the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish!
New unwrapped toys for children aged newborn to 18 years old continue to be collected until Friday, Dec. 13 and can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
- Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.)
- All Vaughan community centres
- All Vaughan Public Libraries branches
- All local fire stations
In addition to in-person toy drop-offs, gift cards and cheques are also welcome. Cheques can be made payable to “CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish” and dropped off at Vaughan City Hall’s Events Division (Level 300).
All donations will be directed to the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish, which supplies registered charitable organizations, social service agencies and community centres with new, unwrapped toys and financial donations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
In 2023, the City collected 13,500 toys and more than $25,000 in donations for the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish.
