Groundbreaking Ceremony for new Vaughan Civic Centre Resource Library

Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua, Members of Council and members of the Vaughan Public Library Board attended a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, June 26 for the new Civic Centre resource library to celebrate the start of the construction phase of the building project. The library, designed by ZAS Architects, is anticipated to open in 2015.
