Consent is being requested for an easement over Part 1 on the plan submitted with the application (servient land) to permit access to maintain and repair a retaining wall located on the subject land, in favour of the abutting lands to the north municipally known as 777 New Westminster Drive, also described as Part of Lot 6, Concession 2, Described as Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9 on Plan 65R-37034 (dominant land). The proposed easement will facilitate development associated with related Site Plan Application DA.21.041.
