To sever a parcel of land approximately 253 metres (830 feet) by irregular, approximately 42,458 square metres (457,029 square feet) together with an easement for access purposes over the retained parcel and reserving an easement for access over the severed parcel (all such easements being further described below) while retaining a parcel of land approximately 275 metres (902 feet) by irregular, approximately 45,900 square metres (494,079 square feet) ( subject to the reserved easements above) to facilitate the creation of a new lot.
