Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for employment purposes, approximately 307.00 square metres, as a lot addition, to be merged on title with the abutting lands to the north (municipally known as 11110 Jane Street). The retained parcel of land is approximately 533,000.00 square metres and has frontage onto Jane Street & Teston Road. The proposed lot addition is required to facilitate a trucking entry driveway proposed at the south end of 11110 Jane Street.
