During tonight’s Committee of the Whole (Public Meeting), Mayor Steven Del Duca, Ward 1 Councillor Marilyn Iafrate and Members of Council recognized Sarah Pellegrini as the 2023 Ward 1 Civic Hero with a special ceremonial presentation.
