It’s that time of year when you may be cleaning out your home for a fresh start in the spring. To help you dispose of any excess waste items you may have, the City of Vaughan’s Double-Up Days are back – in just two weeks!

School crossing guards play an important role in Vaughan. Today, on School Crossing Guard Appreciation Day, the City of Vaughan wants to recognize and thank the dedicated team of 114 crossing guards who help children safely travel to and from school each day.
