QUOTE

“Vaughan City Hall is a place where the community can gather together and recognize significant causes, events and occasions. And we’re working to make this community space even more inclusive for everyone. I look forward to revealing the new permanent Vaughan Gateway sign outside Vaughan City Hall. As part of the new gateway signage, I am truly proud that we are incorporating a menorah for the City to use every year during Chanukah. It marks yet another step we’re taking to ensure our city continues to be pluralistic, welcoming and safe for everyone. I would like to thank Councillor Gila Martow and Rabbi Kaplan for their partnership in bringing this initiative to fruition. I can’t wait for our residents to see it!”

- Mayor Steven Del Duca
