As fall’s crisp breeze rustles through the leaves, we are preparing to close our park amenities for the season. But that doesn’t mean the outdoor fun is coming to an end! There’s plenty of time to embrace the beauty of our community and continue enjoying Vaughan’s great outdoors.

Basketball courts
To help set your small business or entrepreneurial venture up for success, the City of Vaughan’s Business Planning Launchpad Series continues in November. If getting serious about your business was part of your 2023 New Year’s resolutions, you won’t want to miss your last chance to participate in this series for the year!
Engagement
The Greenspace Strategic Plan study will be carried out in four phases over the span of the next two years. The next opportunity to get involved will take place during fall 2024, check back often for updates!
The City is undertaking a Tennis and Racquet Sports Study to assess existing racquet sports courts, like tennis or pickleball, and assess community needs, to help the City respond to changing facility use and demand. Once complete, the study will help improve access and operations, including the number, location and types of facilities, and help the City recognize how to effectively meet the growing and changing needs and expectations of residents and community sports organizations, across Vaughan.
