Thomas Cook Avenue Municipal Class Environmental Assessment

The City of Vaughan is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment study for Thomas Cook Avenue, to address the missing connection between Valley Vista Drive and Randolph Drive/Wallenberg Drive. 

 

The study will also help the City improve access to active transportation facilities, such as cycle tracks, and evaluate a range of multi-modal transportation alternatives to support future travel demand in the area along Thomas Cook Avenue, from Randolph Drive/Wallenberg Drive to Rutherford Road.

Vaughan holds memorable 2025 Lunar New Year celebration!

Happy new year! The community joined Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council for the City of Vaughan’s annual Lunar New Year celebration on Feb. 9 at City Hall.
