living, accessible location, world-class amenities, development options, subway
connections and so much more, Vaughan continues to attract significant
opportunities for investment in residential, commercial and industrial projects
year after year.

Get walking and rolling!
Who says going to school can’t be fun? The City of Vaughan is excited to launch Active School Travel, a new pilot program promoting any form of human-powered travel, such as walking or wheeling (including the use of assistive mobility devices), cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding or riding the bus to get to and from school.
Have your say, Vaughan!
Seeing spongy moth caterpillars?
This month, you may start to see orange, brown and black
caterpillars making a home on trees in Vaughan. These are spongy moth
caterpillars – invasive insects that eat leaves from
hardwood trees such as oak, maple, birch and poplar, and select shrubs. City of Vaughan staff
continue working to control the spongy moth population and are here to provide
tips to help you protect the trees on your property.
