Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the expansion of an existing cold storage facility. To facilitate the expansion, a reduced setback to the PB1 (Parkway Belt) Zone and reduced number of required parking spaces onsite is needed. 

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit proposed walk-up stairs in the southerly side yard and an existing cabana, shed and swimming pool. 

The program will launch on April 23, 2025 with 10 mobile cameras to be rotated throughout various locations across the city. Cameras will be positioned in Community Safety Zones, prioritizing these sites based on speeding concerns, overall traffic volumes, collision history and the presence of sidewalks or cycling facilities, schools, parks, community centres and libraries.
