As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to keep many people at home, the City of Vaughan has launched an online corporate art gallery for the community to explore virtually. Featuring works of art from local-, regional- and GTA-based artists, the Art Integration Collection can be viewed on Flickr.

​Cantook Station offers nearly 7,000 French eBooks and audiobooks
 
While Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) locations remain closed as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the team is expanding its online French materials for residents.
 
Through Cantook Station, customers will have access to the nearly 7,000 eBooks in this collection and 39 audiobooks.

City moves up leaf and yard waste schedule

​Collection to begin April 21 on scheduled garbage weeks
 
With more people staying home and practising physical distancing as a result of COVID-19, the City of Vaughan is reinstating leaf and yard waste collection in response to community needs.
 
Pick up will begin the week of April 21 collected every second week on the same day as regularly scheduled garbage pick-ups.
