Application Process for Election Signs

Candidates and registered third parties wishing to erect election signs within the geographical boundaries of the City of Vaughan must complete and submit the 

​Members of Vaughan Township Council, 1850-1970 (PDF)

Village of Woodbridge Council and City Clerks, 1882-1970 (PDF)

Proclamation requests must be made to the attention of the Office of the City Clerk at least two months in advance and must comply with the City's Proclamations Policy (PDF).

Illumination requests

Illumination requests must be sent to the Office of the City Clerk at least one month in advance of the requested illumination date. Read the City of Vaughan's Illumination of City Hall Policy (PDF).

Flag-raising requests must be sent to the Office of the City Clerk one month in advance of the requested date.
