Today, the City of Vaughan invites you to take a hike – literally! It’s National Take a Hike Day, which means it’s the perfect time to put on your walking boots, grab a water bottle and some trail mix and step into the great outdoors. The City’s many trails and neighbourhood walks offer the best glimpse into the beautiful nature within Vaughan.

During today's Council meeting, Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua, Ward 1 Councillor Marilyn Iafrate and Members of Council presented Vaughan resident Caterina Martelluzzi with the 2021 Ward 1 Civic Hero Award.
