Residents and visitors celebrated Canada’s 144th birthday with headline entertainment at the City of Vaughan’s Canada Day celebrations on Friday, July 1 at Mackenzie Glen District Park in Maple.
The City of Vaughan’s first animal shelter is now open to provide services to the residents of Vaughan, the Town of Bradford, West Gwillimbury and King Township.
The City of Vaughan has received a $16,950 royalty payment from Munirom Technologies Inc. from the sale of a made-in-Vaughan Development Tracking Application (DTA). The royalty payment is the second received by the City from Munirom since 2008.
Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and Members of Council recently attended the official bricklaying ceremony for the Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service Station #7-10.
